Before assisting further, are you facing issue updating all Windows apps or Tribez and Castlez game in particular?

You may be facing the above issue due to some of the corrupted app files & folders or missing app files on your PC. Sometimes running a simple troubleshooter will resolve this issue.
Method 1: If you are facing issue updating all the Windows apps, I suggest you to run the Windows update troubleshooter and check for the updates to download and install on your PC.
In many cases, the Windows Update will automatically notify you if there’s a problem with any update and try to fix the problem. If you continue experiencing problems with downloading updates, this tool can automatically identify and fix some problems with downloading and installing the updates.
If the issue is in particular to Tribez and Castlez game app, I suggest you to run Windows apps troubleshooter and check if the issue is resolved.
Method 2:If the issue persists, reset Windows Store by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.
Resetting Windows store will clear, and empty the cache without changing account settings or deleting the installed apps. It is usually located in the %SYSTEM% folder in the PC.
- Open Run command by pressing Windows Key + R.
- Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
