Of course if you want to access the internet, you need at least 1) and 8). If you want to share out some files or devices from your PC, you will need 3). If you want traffic on the network to be monitored, prioritised and controlled beyond normal packet handling you need 2).

What Is Lldp Protocol
As for the particular error you are seeing where windows was unable to automatically bind the ip protocol stack to the network, sometimes third party drivers cause the TCP/IP stack to get messed up. Something you can try is:
Go to Control Panel> Network and Internet > Network Sharing Center
Click 'Change adapter settings' in left pane.
Right click your adapter. Select 'properties'.
There will be a box headed 'This connection uses the following items.'
Keep the following items selected:
Client for Microsoft Networks
QoS packet scheduler
File and Printer Sharing
Internet Protocol v6
Internet Protocal v4
Microsoft LLDP Protocol Driver
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O driver
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Reminder
Uncheck everything else (you may do so one by one to pinpoint a problematic third party driver).

If none of the methods mentioned works in your case. Please provide the output of the following commands:
netsh wlan show interface
sc query tcpip
sc query dnscache
sc query dhcp
sc query iphlpsv
sc query eaphost
Microsoft Lldp Protocol Driver Purpose Manual
sc query wlansvc
Microsoft Lldp Protocol
Hope this helps,
Disable Lldp Protocol Driver
