I just bought a new laptop, Acer Swift 3, and Windows 10 isn't able to recognize the mouse.
My PC has 3 USB ports (two of which are 3.0 and one is 2.0). When I plug it into either of the 3.0 USB ports there is no reaction at all, and the system doesn't recognize it. In the 2.0 port the error message about power surge pops up, saying that the port is unable to provide enough power for the device.

The mouse works perfectly fine on two other systems.
I've updated all the drivers and restarted the computer 26 times. Also tried un-installing and re-installing drivers. Didn't work.
Razer Driver Downloads
I've downloaded Razer's own software and drivers, but that doesn't help either. I've un-installed and re-installed them several times as well. Didn't work.
When the mouse is plugged into either of the 3.0 USB ports the system doesn't find any errors running the Hardware & Devices troubleshooter.
When plugged in the 2.0 USB it claims to require a reboot that should solve the problem. I've tried this 4 times. Didn't work.
I've changed the settings in Device manager so that the computer isn't allowed to switch off USB controllers to save power. Didn't work.

I've un-installed and re-installed Windows 10 completely and done all of the forementioned things once, but that didn't work either.
Please help.
